Objective

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is a three years (six semesters) full-time undergraduate degree program which prepares the students for careers in all walks of management endeavor. The rich blend of interdisciplinary and management subjects in BBA Program clearly distinguishes this program from other graduate degrees. The learning environment facilitated in this programs with a mix of case studies, projects, business games, presentations, industry interaction etc. help develop the right attitudes, and soft skills so necessary in competitive business world. The program exposes students to organizational and practical settings through Summer Training and term projects. The potential of the students is nurtured as per their interest for securing placement or pursuing career in a particular sector.

Scope & Career Prospects

While this course provides an overview of business management in a nutshell, after which students take start off as an executive or assistant manager in any of the business organizations, manufacturing companies, export or trading houses, financial concerns, banks, NGOs, PSUs or multinational corporations. In the private sector, promotions are essentially based on student’s efficiency and enterprise, while in the public sector, seniority is the determining factor. Needless to say, the kind of job and salary students offered, to a large extent depends on the reputation of the B-school student has graduated from.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent from any recognized Board/University securing minimum 50% (GEN) and 45% (SC/ST) marks in aggregate in the any stream. The candidate is required to pass without any grace in the each of the subject of the subject group.
